When to reach out
We read every message that comes in, though replies can take a few days depending on how busy things are. A few things are especially useful to hear about:
- A tax rate that’s changed and is now out of date on one of the calculators
- A calculation on the VAT, GST, or sales tax calculator that looks wrong for a specific case
- A bug — something not loading, a button not working, a layout issue on your device
- A country, province, or state you’d like to see added to the tax calculator

Reporting an incorrect rate
If you’re reporting an incorrect rate on the UK VAT, Australia GST, Canada GST/HST, or US sales tax calculator, it helps a lot if you include a link to the official source. That could be HMRC, the ATO, the CRA, or your state’s Department of Revenue page. We’ll check it and update the calculator as soon as we can.
Other ways to help
This tax calculator stays free and independent, and feedback from people who actually use it is what keeps the rates accurate. If something feels confusing, slow, or missing, tell us. Small reports like these are usually what leads to the next update.
